Here I am! I am Asia, a female possible "pit-bull like" dog that was born in 8/2012. I found myself in the Macomb County Shelter due to no fault of my own and was lucky enough to be rescued to save me from a horrible fate. I am a leaner and like to lean next to you and get cozy with you on the couch. My eye is a genetic deformity due to my eye ball is too small and does not fit in the eye socket correctly. Having only one eye does not slow me down and I can keep up with anything you would like to do.  I am spayed, up to date on shots, and heartworm negative. The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
