Description:

Earl is a very cute, fun loving, easy going Bassett hound mix boy with the typical short legs and long body. He is young at only 10 months and lost his last home when his family decided they could not afford him. He has the typical nose of a hound and will follow it so precaution needs to be taken so he stays at home. He loves kids and gets along great with other dogs. We cat tested him and he passed with flying colors! He loves to play with humans and dogs and enjoys playing tug of war with the rope bone and running around the yard. Earl is cute an cuddley, and has a great temperament. Earl is a hound mix so he does have a hound bark-but it's just to let you know he wants attention! He would be perfect for a family with kids. He is neutered, up-to-date on all of his vaccinations and is in need of a foster or forever home.

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes. We appreciate you stopping by.
