Description:
Hi:-) My name is Cynder and I would like to tell you a wee bit about me. I am a Black Lab/Mastiff Mix, I weigh in about 100 pounds and I am a very gentle 100 pound girl. My Foster Mom and myself go for walks, she is not all that big, my Foster Mom that is, so I am careful not to pull and just walk along like a Lady and look around and sniff.
I like everyone I live with, the dogs, cats, birds and the Fish. Let me tell you about the fish tank that is in the room that my crate is in, and is where I sleep. Mom turns the light on in the Fish Tank every morning and I have found it great fun to watch, the fish dart around and swim by while I watch, sometimes it puts me to sleep. I do not try and go fishing but they are grand to watch.
I am crate trained, house trained and love to romp around in the backyard with all my friends, and I have a lot of friends here and in the houses surrounding my back yard. Emma lives next door, she is a Chocolate Lab, and we have discussed which one of us looks prettier, black or brown.
I am looking forward to meeting you and becoming a part of the family, did I tell you I LOVE CHILDREN. They think it is pretty cool when I lick their face:-) I live with an 11 year old girl and a 13 Year old boy, the boy likes to take me for a long walk, which I think is just grand with me.
Why don't you contact my "Foster Mom" and set up and appointment for us to get to know one another? I live in West Bloomfield and would love to meet you and your family.
See you soon,
Cynder
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.Other Pictures of Cynder-ADOPTED 09.06.14 (click to see larger version):
