Description:
Hello, my name is Ella.  My "brother" CJ and I lost our home when our mom had to move.  Luckily she knew someone with Last Day Dog Rescue who was willing to foster us.  I'm really hoping someone will be willing to adopt both of us together.

I'm a very sweet girl, but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to prove that to anyone besides my foster parent because I can be a little shy at first.  But I promise you once I am comfortable with my new situation, I settle in and become a lover girl!  You see, when you move to a new place, you would probably be a little nervous at first… that's exactly the same for me!  But if you would please just give me a chance, that shy stage will pass!

I love to be petted, I'm super sweet.  I LOVE "da bird" toy, it's so much fun!  If you bring me home and let me settle in for a little and then play with me, I bet I would come around in no time!  I am good with other cats and kittens.  I am also good with dogs that are respectful of me.  And I will respect them too!  Like most cats, I just don't like doggies running at me.

I am fully litter box trained, like I said… I'm a good girl!  I am also very good about using my scratching posts and climbing on my cat tree.

Please feel free to contact my foster mom, her name is Alicia.  She is awesome and she has provided me a great temporary home, but it's time that I find a home of my very own so that other adult cats in need just like me can find a temporary safe place to stay. My foster mom's email is muttleypups@gmail.com. Feel free to email her any questions you may have and she would be happy to discuss them with you.  Her main concern is finding a good home for me, but also a good fit for any potential adopters.

So what do you think?  Would you like to meet me and give me a chance at a forever home?  I promise you won't regret it!

Love,
Ella

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's/cat's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog/cat is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs/Cats MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs/cats back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog/cat.

The  petfinder.com  system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
