Description:
Hello, my name is Josh!  I have a little bit of a story to tell you.  You see, I was dumped in a parking lot, someone just left me in a crate with my friend Nora, who is also up for adoption.  I was so lucky though, a very kind lady found and saved me, she brought me out of the cold!  For that, Nora and I are forever grateful to humans.  Anyway, don't let my past scare you, I don't think about it at all.  Some people like to know the background story, so that's mine.  But I don't let that stop me from loving humans!

I am a very confident boy, I am also curious!  I like to explore my surroundings, so if you have a house and perhaps some kitty towers or tunnels I could explore, that would be awesome!  My foster mom says I'm really good at "parkour" - whatever that is.  I also LOVE to hunt flies.  I think the only reason I'm still waiting for my forever home is because I hear it's kitten season.  Everyone wants kittens and so "adult" kitties like me are often overlooked.  I'm such a good boy though!  Kittens are awesome, but so are us adults!

I love cuddling with my humans when I'm tired, so if you want a cuddly cat, you should definitely consider me!  I am also great with other cats and kittens.  Like I said, I love to play!  I am good with respectful dogs, if they respect me, I respect them!  There are some big dogs in my foster home and I don't mind them at all, they are nice dogs!

I am great at using my litter box, I am fully trained, I have had that down for a long time though.  I'm such a smart boy!  I am also very good about using my scratching posts.  So what do you think?  Do you think I could be just the cat you were looking for?

Please consider adopting an adult cat.  I'm a great boy who just needs a home of my own.  Once I find a great forever home, my foster mom can help other adult cats in need just like I was!  She is a very nice lady, but I need a home of my own.  If you have any questions about me she would be more than happy to answer them.  She wants the best for me and also wants the best fit for any potential adopters.  Her email is muttleypups@gmail.com and her name is Alicia.

I hope to meet you soon!

Love,
Josh

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's/cat's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog/cat is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs/cats back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog/cat.

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
