Shane - ADOPTED 08.15.09 Shane ended up in the Inkster shelter as a stray. Although a senior, Shane was a bit of a wild child in the foster home, which might explain how he ended up as a stray in the first place. This poor little guy’s teeth were so bad that some of them fell right out when he was given a treat. But his fiesty nature and tooth loss was no matter to the family that spotted him on LDDR’s website. They were searching for a companion for their grandmother who was very lonely after the death of her former mini schnauzer. Shane made quite a hit with the grandmother and the whole family was very excited to adopt him as a permanent member of the household. |
